All orders will ship within 1-3 working days. In most cases we will ship within 24 hours!

 

Delivery within New Zealand is mainly done via Fastway Couriers, we do use New Zealand Post standard post for deliveries to PO Boxes and rural delivery. Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days for major towns and cities.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4.00.

We charge a flat rate of $12 for all shipments to Australia.

We are happy to send to you wherever you are in the world! You will be charged the actual price of shipping to you. You will also be refunded our sales tax (12.5%) off the total value of your purchase, which may cover your shipping :). Please contact us advising what you wish to purchase, and how much and we will advise you of the shipping costs.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any orders lost in transit. However, if this does happen please let us know so that we can follow it up with our courier company and NZ Post as soon as possible as we maybe able to lodge an insurance claim!
